This new and enhanced online community for UMass Lowell
alumni provides you with a unique and individual user experience. As a member, you have access to a variety of resources and options - from adding a photo to creating a friends list. The community is free, secure and is accessible only to alumni for networking and reconnecting. All you need to join is an email address and your member ID. Hit the “Register Now” button in the top right-hand corner. Your member ID is listed on your alumni ID card – omit the first ‘zero’ when logging in. Why do I need to register?
Registration is required to protect you and other community members by removing the ability to register and contact fellow users anonymously. Hit the “Register Now” button in the top right-hand corner to get started.
What is the UMass Lowell Alumni Community and who is in it?
The UMass Lowell Alumni Community features an alumni directory, class notes, photo albums and much more. It is available to all UMass Lowell alumni.
What's my member ID and where do I get it?
Your member ID is a unique number that is assigned to you. You will need it only once when logging into the community for the first time. You will then set up a user name and password. Your member ID is listed on your alumni ID card – omit the first ‘zero’ when logging in. If you do not have your member ID card, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 978-934-3140 or

I forgot my username and password. How can I get them?
Click the "Login" link at the top of the page. You will find links with instructions on how to recover your username and/or password. You will need to enter the email address you used when you registered for your account.
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. You will only see this link if you are logged in. Use the tabs at the top of the page to update the different sections of your account. Make sure to save your changes.
Can I change or customize my visible profile?
Yes. You have the option of making visible as much or as little information about yourself as you want. When you are logged in, click on the "My Public Profile" link at the top of the page to make changes.
